In Kurt's book, adventure was saving the world from evildoers, or rescuing people from burning buildings. Not getting caught in a burger joint for not paying his bill. But somehow Tabby always managed to talk him into doing things like that. and Kurt could never come up with a satisfying explanation why he kept doing it. Maybe because tabby never meant it in a bad way, and because she always made it fun.
Sighing softly, the young mutant shook his head and stopped resisting. He adjusted his 'watch', making sure the holographic image was still in place. "Oh man, we are so getting in trouble for this." He grumbled. But he walked along next to Tabby and turned his feet towards the burger joint. It was true, he could do with a gut-bomb.

From the way his expression changed to the sigh that came out of him, Kurt was showing every sign of caving. Tabitha squealed a little on the inside and made a mark on her mental tally. So far, the times she had gotten her way far eclipsed the times she had failed. So of course she was feeling quite victorious. She wouldn't say it out loud and might not even admit it to herself, but having sway over people and getting them to do some wild things made her feel like she was worth something. After-all, if someone wasn't worth at least a little something, they wouldn't be able to convince others to do squat.
"Woo! Attaboy! I knew you'd have a little more sense of excitement than that." She exclaimed, doing a mini victory dance even as she made her way out of the alley with all expectation of the fuzzy blue elf following.
"Can't get in trouble if we don't get caught." She added with a wink over her shoulder.
She then turned before crossing her arms and walking backwards, a big grin coming to her lips.
"Just be glad I don't have poof powers like yours. Imagine what we'd get into then?" The blond laughed out.

The victory dance didn't make Kurt feel any better about this plan. He still walked along next to Tabby. It was like she was some sort of force of nature, he couldn't resist.
"Oh man. Don't say that!" Kurt exclaimed, as if Tabby pointing out that they only had to avoid getting cursed was some sort of horrible curse. "That's like asking what the worst is that can happen. We are so busted." Despite his tendency to be superstitious, Kurt didn't believe his own statement enough to actually back out though.
The thought of Tabby with teleportation almost didthough, that would be a total disaster. She'd be everywhere breaking everything. But leave it to Kurt to find a bright side in even that. "But then couldn't explode things!" The young man points out. That might actually not be so bad....

"I only say it 'cause I'm just that sure." She stated.
Sure, she didn't need to say that, but she couldn't help it. Tabitha just liked fanning the flames a little to get a reaction out of him.
"What's the worst that can happen?" She added with an almost exaggerated grin to show she had said that just to mess with him.
Eh, getting busted wasn't a big deal. It happened almost all the time when she was hanging with her boys. Yes, her boys. That's what she thought of them even if she wouldn't say it out loud. They were her buddies, they didn't look down on her or anything like that. And she knew that if she was actually in a fix, like a serious fix, they might not admit to what they were doing but they'd help her out. Anyways, with Kurt's powers, they'd be out in no time.
"Hey hey hey... Who said anythin' about me giving up my original powers? I was talking about yours being an add-on!" She laughed out a little.
Tabitha looked over at him to see hid reaction, her eyes practically glittering in amusement.

Getting busted might not be so much of a big deal for Tabby, but Kurt really didn't want to get caught. He'd get busted by the mall security, then busted by the cops, THEN busted by the professor and probably busted once more by Scott for good measure. The young man really didn't want to go through that. and if they did get caught, he wasn't teleporting them out of custody. That'd be even more trouble, and someone might find out he was a mutant. But like he was caught with some invisible rope he still went along with Tabby. "This is so going wrong." He muttered under his breath, one last time.
Talking about powers was a good distraction from the dread of impending doom at least. Though Tabby with his powers as well would probably be too much for Bayville to handle. He grimaced at the thought, but not too hard. It was just fun and games after all. "No way, you'd totally trash the town. If you get more powers, it has to be something you can't break stuff with!" Though after that declaration it struck Kurt that Tabby would probably find a way to break stuff with any power.

"Going wrong? Nah. Cheer up fuzzy, you're usually such an optimist." She stated.
A big grin then formed on her lips and she gave a laugh, placing her hands on her hips and tilting her head slightly as she turned to look at him.
"Unless you're just looking forward to sharing a cell that much!"
She gave a false gasp.
"Why, Kurt~ You blue furry devil! I didn't know you felt that way! Gotta admit though, you and me would make a great team." She stated, batting her lashes at him.
She was kidding of course. No pun intended, but she was a bit too much of a firecracker for anyone to want to hook up with more than likely. Alright, so there was a little pun intended.
"As far as trashing the town, what makes you think that?" She asked even as she popped a marble sized bomb into the first mailbox they had reached.
Of course, Tabby was wearing her signature grin as she did this, showing him that she knew full well of the fact that she had just proven his point. It had been intentional. Maybe it would get a laugh out of him. Then, if he realized that it was more fun to hang around her than the kids at Xavier's, he might think of changing over.
"And Kurt, you can break things with aaaany power." She stated.

Normally Kurt was an optimist. But experience taught him that Tabitha was more of a magnet for trouble than all of the X-Men put together, and that it was usually the kind of trouble that got him told off if he was caught. Besides, if he didn't complain so much he'd have to face how exciting he found it to go off and break the rules with her every now and then. Being a jokester and a goofball was on thing, stepping out like Tabby did was quite another, even Kurt knew that. after all, there was a reason she felt more at home with those jerks from the Brotherhood than around him and the other X-Men.
That train of thought was derailed with a wrecking ball of embarassment, delivered courtesy of a pair of batted eyelids. "I didn't mean it like that!" The young mutant declared in a flustered tone of voice. The fact that she was obviously teasing him still didn't make it much better. was pretty. Kurt had about as much experience in that kind of interaction as one would expect from a fuzzy blue elf.
The bomb and her next quip gave him something else to focus on at least, and Kurt gave her a pointed look. She probably could break things with any power, even if Kurt had yet to find many ways to do it with his, other than popping in close to hit things. "You probably could! That's what makesy you think you'd wreck the town!"
