Instead of the alley or some other steet outside, they arrived in a featureless gray room, naked except for the window to a control box hanging up near the roof.
"This is the Danger Room." Kurt pronounced with a dramatic little flourish at what looked like a distinctly unimpressive image for now. "You can fight here as much as you need, without hurting anyone."

At first, she wondered if this was some kind of trick. He had told her that he wouldn't tell anyone her secret but what was to say that he didn't have darker ones he might be about to surface with right now? What was to say that she hadn't trusted him too soon too much? It was these thoughts that ran through her mind alongside her usual thoughts. It was this paranoia that had caused her from being able to acclimate to a 'normal life' or as close as someone like her could get to one.
But, what he had brought her to was just some gray room he called 'The Danger Room' and claimed that she could fight here without anyone being hurt. Was it some over sized nutter room, she wondered. It would be clear from her expression that she didn't know what he was getting at.
"How?"
It was the only thing to slip past her lips at the moment as she thought it should more than cover everything without offending him in some way. Really, the room didn't look like it could help her in the slightest. And with the fact that he seemed horrified at the thought of people fighting people or people fighting animals, she doubted either would be brought into this 'Danger Room'.

Despite the circumstances, Kurt smiled, just a touch. "You'll see." He announced mysteriously, and teleported up into the control room. Luckily one of the things all the X-Men learned was how to use the Danger Room. Kurt knew he wasn't meant to use the room unsupervised, but then he also wasn't meant to bring a virtual stranger in here. It'd be allright, he hoped, this was for a good cause.
Six fingers flew dextrously over the controls, and suddenly Trade found herself standing in a dingy back alley, graffiti and funky smells and all. Sauntering down the akkey were three big, hairy bikers, swinging chains and spitting in the corners. They looked like they were spoiling for a fight for sure.
"It's a hologram." Nightcrawler announced through the speaker system. "But it'll feel real and stuff. Will this help?"
