General Appearance:
Faye stands to about 5' 7" tall and has a medium to thin build. Her hair is in a layered cut to just past her shoulders and is usually worn loose. Occasionally she will wear it in a ponytail. Although she's a natural blonde, she has been known to dye her hair every so often to different colors. Her eyes are naturally a milk chocolate brown but she tends to wear colored contacts time to time. Her voice is a pleasant one that falls in the middle range between high and low for a woman although she couldn't sing to save her life. She has no tattoos and usually wears nothing that has a picture drawn onto it, her avoiding any accidental reality manipulations. She can be seen wearing a fannypack, the pouch hanging at her side. Faye has two piercings. One in each lobe of her ear. She has a fondness for ear-cuffs, thinking they are cute, so she's usually wearing one of those, sometimes the ear-cuff attached to the earring by a thin chain.
Personality:
Faye was raised believing that mutants are superior and that belief was rooted deeply into her, making her feel that humans are inferior to them. She's a mean person, not caring who she might or might not hurt with the excepting of those she considers 'real mutants' and her father. Of course, that exceptions list becomes shorter if someone pisses her off. She's got a short fuse and has no problem with using her abilities in public. She loves to stir things up whenever she feels bored. Faye is not a morning person at all, her fuse being even shorter when she's woken up early than usual.
Likes:
Faye likes to draw, collect stickers and magazine clippings, play with her abilities, and cause trouble. She also likes to watch people being torn apart sometimes or burned up or otherwise maimed. Although she is under-aged, she likes her drinks and she likes them hard. She'll have at least one drink a day as she claims it's good for her and great for the heart.
Dislikes:
Faye hates being patronized. She also hates early mornings, mutants who suck up to humans, and she hates it when really overweight people insist on wearing skin tight spandex clothing that reveals waaaaaaay too much.
Powers:
Faye has a type of reality manipulation where she can bring images into the real world as a real object, creature, or person... Although most likely it will not be a person since she is against the idea of bringing a photo of a real person to life. She can only bring images to life that she can touch and that excludes images from a television, hologram, or projection. She can bring paintings, drawings, tattoos, and things out of photos and such to life though. Once an object or living thing she's brought out to reality is destroyed, it turns back into the material that it had come from and is unable to be remade from that same image. Food seems to be an exception for some odd reason though although there's a theory that if she wants something bad enough, the things she make could become truly real. The theory has been tested and on all accounts failed.
Weaknesses:
One of the downsides to her abilities are that whenever she uses them, it puts a strain on her heart and if she overdoes it, it can cause her to have a heart-attack... there's a chance she might even just drop dead from it. Another is that she isn't in control of the creatures she brings to life, they have a mind of their own. It takes anywhere from a full second to three seconds for the creature or item or whatever to come into reality. She can't shut her powers off so if she touches an image with her skin, it will become real.
Power Potential: She may be able to gain more control over how long it takes for something to become real.
History:
Faye was raised by a single father, her father never having married and having adopted her when she was only a baby. The way she had ended up at the adoption center is that she was found as being the only survivor of a burglary turned murder. he bodies of the deceased had not been able to be identified and so there was no one she could be sent to. She was an adorable baby, big blue eyes and feathery blonde hair but the reason she wasn't adopted until after several months of being there was because she was found as being a mutant for one and the other reason being because she seemed to have a heart condition. Her being a mutant was exactly why Patric adopted her, him telling himself that the heart condition wasn't something that would turn him away. Being a mutant himself, he wanted a mutant child, him believing that they were superior anyway.
Patric wasn't a known mutant, him looking as average as could be which helped with him beng able to adopt the girl, although he had used his power of suggestion to help out in that too. When he saw the baby, he asked the person behind the desk on how they could tell that she was a mutant and that was when he was told about the way that images seemed to come to life upon her touching them. Apparently, there had been an incident not too long after her arrival to the adoption agency where some carebears had been brought to life. The ability thrilled him although he hid it perfectly even as he took the baby home with him.
Ok, back to the raising up part... Faye was raised up believing that mutants were higher than humans and thus better than them, mutants being the next step in evolution. Patric had not only told her that every day but also planted the suggestion in her mind so to let her develop the way he wanted her to. To let her develop into someone who had a high self esteem and one that may try to later on, do something he never really had the courage to do. To one day make a stand against the non-mutants. The only reason he didn't have the courage was because his powers weren't strong enough to effect too many people at once. He believed that with Faye's power, she would be able to make a pretty good sized dent in anyone who went against her.
There came an obstacle in Patric's plans though... He found out before too long that there was a connection between Faye's heart condition and the bringing of life of images. That the use of her powers put a strain on her heart. He figured that they would work on that together though, maybe her heart could be conditioned to handle it to a point. And so that's the theory he decided to go with. As the years passed, he continued to encourage her to play with her abilities, only telling her to rest or to stop when it appeared to be hurting her too much or when there was the threat of someone seeing her using her powers. He may have been raising her up to be the potential weapon against humans but he didn't think that she would be ready for that kind of thing until she was grown.
When he got her to use her abilities, it was mostly with images of inanimate objects, those being easier to take care of and get rid of than the living things. His first realization that a creation turns back into the material it came from once destroyed came when he accidentally stepped on a mouse she had made and when it turned into a piece of paper once it died. There, for some reason, seemed to be an exception to the food she made though. This was something that baffled him about her abilities and that made him wonder if, if she really wanted to, she could make things truely real like she apparently did with the food. She apparently didn't know either or couldn't do it because every time he asked, she failed to make the result he wanted.
As her schooling years came, so did trouble. Due to the way he had encouraged her to use her abilities so much, se got so she used them all the time without even meaning to. Of course things like bringing the school mascot to life didn't really help with keeping her out of trouble. After about four different times of having to move, Patric got Faye to draw up a bottle of colorless make-up to cover herself up with that would make it so her touch wouldn't just bring things to life. The stuff made a thin coat over the places she applied it to. Not wanting it to backfire, he had her make it so water would take it off. That way, there wasn't the chance that it would be stuck on her permanently. But the makeup had a tendency to sweat or rub off.
In her middle-school years, it started being noticed by Patric that Faye didn't seem as enthusiastic about their plans for her future, her actually making real friends with non-mutants instead of just faking like she was friends with them like she used to. Not likeing how that was turning out and being haunted of thoughts of her becoming a person who sucked up to the humans instead of showing them their place, resorted to more plantings of suggestions in her mind of how non-mutants thought they were better than mutants and of how humans feared and were disgusted by their kind. That seemed to get Faye back on the right course of thinking.
At around the middle of her high-school years, Faye just started to stop with all the fake kindness towards the non-mutants. It was as if her whole personality changed, her becoming vicious and not hesitating to sick a drawing on someone who annoyed her or sometimes even if they looked at her wrong. Her being like that caused them to have to move again on more than one account and Patric barely managed to get her to finish high school in between all the re-locating and the disasters. Faye finally got to the point where she refused to use any more of that specially made make-up and to where she would sometimes snap at her father for him trying to convince her to be a little nicer and to pretend to like everyone.
Faye's sudden change for the bad had occurred from a few too many suggestions implanted into her head. That and the fact that once she did do something drastic like releasing monsters on a concert full of people, she found that it was fun to her. In her mind she thought that this was a good of a way as any to avoid getting friendly with the non-mutants again. It was during this concert incident that she had gotten the attention of a mutant named Magneto and before she knew it, she was heading off with him as her father had been talked into giving her away to the other man's care.
Other:
Patric's abilities... Well, he has the ability to plant suggestions into a person's mind to where the person believes that whatever the suggestion was is their own thoughts and feelings. He can only do this to about four people at a time sometimes if he pushes it, eight. If he overdoes it, his brain will start to bleed and he could die of hemorrhaging.
For those of you wondering about if she's ever dated, been with a guy, been with a girl, ect.... That would be a no. The combination of her having a short fuse, her being a mean person in general, and her belief that relationships of those kinds would leave her vulnerable has kept her from seeking out any relationships or accepting any tossed to her.... so far anyway. She also doesn't want to 'waste the time for a relationship' either, her figuring that she MIGHT get around to having enough time after she's had her fun.. that's IF she's changed her mind about her feelings on the topic. She believes she doesn't have the patience for a relationship of that sort.
Sample RP:
Taking the bus was something Faye rarely ever did but there she was, sitting in the aisle seat close to the rear of the transportation. As she ground her teeth a little at the constant smacking and snapping of the gum that was in the mouth of the person beside her, she remembered exactly why she didn't care for public transportation. On top of the annoyance of there being so many gutter-crawling non-mutants around, it was a morning. Faye hated mornings. The only reason she was up and about at this time of the day was because she had had trouble sleeping, another thing to add to her fine mood.
The light slurping followed by the annoying pop of the gum came again and the temperamental Stonewell whirled around in her seat to look at the bimbo, a glare in her eyes and a frown on her lips. "Shut your friggin mouth when you chew that, you disgusting pig! What, were you raised in a barn?!" She shouted, not caring one bit about how the woman might feel. The woman was a waitress, she could tell by the uniform and the semi-sarcastic look of someone on their way to a crappy job. "Girly, you better shut your own mouth right now... Unless you're as dumb as you look and feel like picking a fight with the wrong person." The waitress woman stated in a voice that revealed to her that she was a smoker on top of that.
As Faye glared at her, the woman had the gall to snap her gum again, this time, more dramatically so where spittle sprayed onto the seat in front of them. A twitch came to Faye's robin's egg blue eyes right before she lashed out with a punch, striking the woman in the jaw and causing the gum to fall out onto the woman's uniform. "You know what, you just made my day, bitch!" Faye exclaimed before starting to hit her over and over again while the woman was still off guard. As the other people in the bus started to pull her off of the bloodied up woman, Faye turned on them, lashing out wherever she could until she was kicked off of the bus.. literally.
Being kicked off the bus by a bunch of non-mutants wasn't exactly a trip to the happy-lands for this blonde. But she knew of a way to make herself feel better... MUCH better. Of course, there was the chance that there would be some pain for her but the reward would be entertaining enough for her to get over it. She scrambled as if trying to get back into the bus but in reality, she was leaving them a present. As she was shoved back out and as the bus started to drive off, she grinned a grin that spelled out evil mischief. There came screams, screams that helped to distract her from the uncomfortable clenching of her heart that passed though. Not that the heart was bothering her much right now due to her having been nice to herself and having not been over-using them as much as she usually did.
The sound of wheels screeching came as the bus swerved out of control and Faye laughed as the thing crashed into the side of a building. There came more screams followed by a growl-like roar and yells of pain. Still laughing, Faye backed away to make sure she wasn't going to get caught up in her own mess. She didn't feel like bothering with a giant two-headed tiger right then. Spotting a car, she tried the door and finding it unlocked, she got into it. She then sat and grinned as she watched what she could see through the windows of the bus. As she watched the people who had been annoying her earlier being savaged by her creation.
Her baby seemed to tire of being trapped inside of the bus and not too long after having torn most of the people inside of it apart with wild violence, it broke free, crashing through the door. The sirens of the cops who were arriving o the scene seemed to anger it, it shaking it's heads and giving a visible snarl. Faye didn't mind the sirens though, they provided a great distraction away from her direction and right to the cops who had just arrived.
