"Ah don't think anyone wants t' go initiatin' me or anythin', Kurt" Rogue said, "On account of the whole no-touchin' thing." Most humiliating things had to be forced... and if she was touched even accidentally... Well, that would be really bad. So it was unlikely... but still, what kind of person would fall for that trick?

Rogue finished the last of the poor boy and wiped her mouth with one of the napkins nearby. Mmm... that was tasty. Chef Kurt definitely had a knack for cooking or sandwich making at least.

"So, uh... Ah guess it's gettin' a bit late. Ah should pro'ally be headin' upstairs..." Rogue replied, uncertain of what else to do or say without the conversation just getting plain awkward.

Kurt had forgotten about Rogue's powers when he made the initiation comment, and since he was ready to feel awkward at more or less the drop of a hat, he now felt silly once again. Smiling a little uncretainly he mutterted a brief "Sorry" and bit deeply into his sandwhich to get over the awkwardness.

But then Rogue decided to leave, which was a pretty clear sign to Kurt that he'd overstepped a line. Still, he brought out a smile and nodded, just to avoid further awkwardness.
"Goodnight Rogue, see you tomorrow!"

They'd be seeing each other again for sure, and next time Kurt would try to avoid stepping in the power landmine.
