Old habits died hard. But then again... so did she... But that wasn't the point right now... Alright, so it was seeing how that was what brought her into this situation. Trade leaned against the wall of the closes building to her and took a couple of deep breaths before sliding down into a sit with her head somewhat between her knees. As odd as it might have looked, she didn't care at the moment seeing how passing out would be less in her favor than if someone saw her like this.
Breathe... She just needed to breathe and she would be alright. She had already gotten cleaned up before she even was brought to this town. Quickly cleaned up and with fresh clothes pulled over the ruined ones seeing how even if New York cabs took you where you needed as long as you shoved money to them, blood and shreds would still draw questions. Her state still drew questions until she shoved more of her winnings through the middle slot in the bulletproof glass that separated driver from passenger.
Bits and pieces were missing on how she had gotten to the edge of this town. She vaguely remembered slipping him a scrap of newspaper when he asked her where to. Then, despite the fact that she had sent her wounds away, the bloodloss still hitting her to where she was fighting to keep herself together....
Her bag. She'd left it in the cab. Trade doubted the cab would come back for her though to return it... She shook her head and slowly pushed herself up to her feet, one hand going to the wall while the other crammed the handful of money in her pocket. At least she had that. But only because she had managed to forget about it being clenched there. In the next moment, her hand was out again as she had to catch herself from falling.
She wouldn't faint. She refused to... As she heard something, she quickly looked over to see what it was.

"Oh man." Kurt complained as he eyed the image inducer, which has suddenly decided to go on the fritz for no reason again. It could have been worse, he'd been alone when it happened. But he was out of teleport range of the institute, all the way over on the other side of town. Luckily he'd picked out a few deserted spots in town, enough to get to the institute unseen in 2 or 3 jumps.
One the second jump though, he came across and unexpected snag, a girl lying in the alleyway he appeared in. His first instinct was to port away again, until he saw the dark stains slowly pooling through the outer layer of clothes. and recognised the girl by her distinctive hair and eyepatch. They'd met before, in similar circumstances. he'd tried to help her back then, but she wanted no hospitals, and had been very closemouthed.
"Trade? Is that you?" He asked as he cautiously approached her. "are you okay?"

She had tried to catch herself from falling and only half succeeded before her arms gave out on her anyways and she found herself just lying down as the sound ended up being a cat. Lying wasn't exactly a good idea though as at this point, the earlier blood loss was proving to be taking advantage of her and trying to pull her into a possibly needed sleep but inappropriate for that place and time.
As she was working on getting her strength back together, she mentally cursed as the amount of blood that had been soaked through the inner layer of clothes had been pushed out through the fresh ones and there was a somewhat pool forming under her. The last thing she needed right now was to be reminded of just how much she had lost before she had sent her wounds away.
Another sound came and she mentally cursed again as she was proven wrong. The last thing she needed now was actually for someone to come across her while she was weakened like this. Trade tried harder to get up even as she heard his voice. It took a moment for her to recognize it and she managed to push herself to be lying on her side before she was forced to stop trying to get up as she was in need of more strength gathering before it would be possible. Had it been anyone but Nightcrawler, she might have had the proper adrenaline rush to pull it off and get out of there. As that thought crossed her mind, she wondered if that was a good thing or a bad one...
"I'll be..."
She trailed off as she almost lost consciousness then gave a couple of breaths to try to clear her head.
"...fine. I'm always fine..." She told him before attempting sitting up.
In this attempt, she finally succeeded but then she propped herself against the wall as she couldn't stand just yet.
"Just had a small set-back..."

Kurt gasped in shock and rushed to her side. If anything, this was even worse than before, there was no way he could just leave her like this, no matter how much she said she was fine.
"This is bad, this is really bad." Kurt murttered, half to himself, and half to her. Looking at the pool of blood and what was soaking her clothes despite the double layer, he anxiously bit his lower lip with one sharp fang.
"We've got to get a doctor this time!" Despite not really knowing her, Kurt was obviously troubled a great deal by what was going on. It came with the nice guy territory, he really couldn't look away from a person in need, especially not another mutant.

As he rushed to her side, due to her not exactly thinking straight and her naturally being jumpy, she tensed with a subconscious expectation of an attack. It wasn't like she could do much at this moment though as to get to her knife, it would require moving her arm quick enough to and at the moment, all she really had the strength to do was to keep from passing out and to keep sitting even if the wall was doing most of the work in propping her up. She gave him an odd look as he started muttering, not being used to anyone really worrying that much over her. He'd been all nervous about her situation the last time too even if she wasn't as bad off as the one she was in at the moment.
At the mention of the doctor, she almost recoiled and she doubled her effort in getting up. Trade managed to make it halfway to her feet before just sliding quickly into a sit again as her legs just betrayed her by bending without her telling them to. Her ears roared and her vision almost went completely black but she managed to shove it back and cling onto consciousness.
"A hospital will kill me." She finally admitted.
"I'm fine, I stopped bleeding."
Even if she did talk to him, she didn't say more than six or seven words at a time as she wasn't really that much of a talker. In fact, she avoided it when she could. The only reason she talked to Nightcrawler was because she absolutely had to the last time this kind of situation came up.
"I just need to.... rest." She muttered out, feeling herself slipping even as she continued to try to fight it.

If Kurt noticed her stiffening, then he gave no sign of it. In her position he wouldn't have expected an attack, so the thought doesn't even cross his mind. Her getting up is something he couldn't allow though, and so blue palms pressed against her shoulders, pushing her back down.
"Don't move, you're hurt!" Worried as he was, Kurt didn't think about the blinding obviousness of that statement. "Lying here will kill you too." She needed a hospital or something, he could see that. Only the fact that he understood only too well why a mutant might fear such places kept him from just picking her up and bamfing over to Bayville General.
The claim that she'd stopped bleeding was met with a skeptical look, but Kurt wasn't one to call anyone on a lie or fib. Even so, he needed to check she was okay.
"Let me see! I did first aid!" He exclaimed in a frenzy of worry. he silently thanked the Professor for making things like that part of their training to be X-men.

She gritted her teeth in irritation as she was given the unwelcome help back down and almost lashed out at him. Almost. The blood must have made it so he couldn't listen or something seeing how he was still acting like she was bleeding all over the place when she already told him that she had stopped the bleeding. The blood coming through her clothes was from the crimson soaked clothes that she wore under them. Sure, there was more than a healthy amount drenching said clothes but it was nothing to panic over... But then again, she was used to bleeding wasn't she...
She had to remember that not everyone was used to the amount of violence that she was used to dealing with... But at the moment, she was having trouble even thinking straight never mind trying to look at things through someone else's point of view. As Nightcrawler insisted on seeing for himself and told her that he knew first aid, Trade gave a soft growl then grabbed up the hem of her shirt before lifting it up to expose the soaked one underneath it.
"The blood's in the clothes." She told him.
She was getting pulled into the darkness though. No matter how much she struggled, her body was still trying to go into the belated shock of having lost so much fluid. Her arm just went limp as she lost the strength to keep the hem of the shirt up.
" .... cuts are... gone."

The blood's all in the clothes? Kurt would believe that when he saw it. With the amount leaking around, he had his doubts that even Mr. Logan would be okay. Still, the skin that showed through the tears in her bloody underlayer looked intact. There was still way too much blood though. Way, way too much blood, he decided when she suddenly lapsed into unconciousness. "Oh man, not good!" Kurt muttered to himself, now he was really worried. He had to do something, he couldn't just leave her here. But she didn't want hospitals, which he guessed meant she didn't want people knowing about her. The Professor also said that people had to come to the X-Men of their own accord, so Kurt wasn't sure if it would be okay to take her to the Institute. There was nowhere else to go though, Kurt didn't know a safe and clean place. So he carefully picked her up and set off for the mansion. He hoped she'd be able to take the jumps, but even so he went for as few as he could It was a stretch of his range, and it carried the risk of detection, but it was worth the risk.
